I can give you their recipe straight up. LoL nothing fancy here. Beside the method of cooking is wrong. Pressing out the juicy meat on the hot plate is sooo NONO.

omg look at those giant round onions, how are they always having the best of the best in Korea. I have never seen a product, vegetable in Korea thats sub par. Its always top shelf quality. I can't believe this country was poorer than Burundi before 1960s.
