It was the 1980s, and Ford had decided to all but quit the racetrack and V8 engines. Yet one man in Ford’s design studio, Wayne Draper, remained undeterred by the company’s future plans for racing and continued to build HO Falcons - under the cover of darkness. Today Wayne’s son Rob carries his Father’s mantle and the Australian motoring legacy that is the HO nameplate and Phase Autos.
