He's 100% right.Statistically it's highly unlikely that a team with that many injuries are all injuries that are so severe they stop the player from playing. There are definitely some that are only minor that they could play through without much risk but they're not bothered.

I remember once we was playing West Brom. Rooney got injured so we was down to 10 men till stoppage time. Referee added 7 mins of stoppage time Rooney saw this. Came back on. Literally played with one leg and saw out the game. They don’t make em like they once did.

I feel in this day and age, The club scouts should be accompanied by psychologists. To scout not only their skill with a football but also their mental stability. What good is a worldclass player if he’s not willing to work hard, be humble and disciplined. They are paid millions. The least clubs could do is to screen players and get players that actually understand and realise the privilege of that.

That guy gave his all for his club. Would play out of position and even stay when the stars had all left. He had a moan but he cared. I don’t know the story of the players he is talking about but Wayne wouldn’t hide, he worked to make his team better. I’m a Liverpool fan but I recognise when a guy was committed to his club.

Shaw, Maguire, Lindelof & Martinez are almost certainly playing the game with their various knocks and injuries throughout the season. One of United’s biggest criticisms is their defence, if you’re injured you can’t be criticised

Rooney played though a lot of injuries. Unfortunately if he had givin himself time to recover, would he had missed key games, especially with England, because the injuries caught up, and could he have played at his best for 5 years more?
