After Ella, Kandy is probably the most visited in Sri Lanka, so there are a lot of other videos out there. So we tried to do things a little bit differently and we hope you enjoy this Kandy vlog and find out about all the fun things to do in Kandy.

Greetings again, I wanted to say that this is one of the best Vlogs I have seen. Some of the others always complain about something or the other, as if scams only happen in Sri Lanka. Here in London one of the pedicabs charged a Dutch tourist nearly £250.00 for less than a mile, so things happen everywhere. Also I like when you put sub titles at the bottom, I haven't seen that a lot. End of the day you'll do this with a lot of love and understanding. So take care and stay safe ❤️❤️❤️✌️✌️✌️

Thank you! We had a great time in Kandy :) And about complaining about places, we can't speak for other travel vloggers, but when we do have a bad experience or say something negative about a place is only so other travelers are aware. A lot of people discover new destinations by watching YT videos, so the fair thing is to be honest so other travelers know what to expect and of course it depends on each person's experience. For us, we thought the people in Kandy were kind and welcoming, and yes, there are people selling tours and stuff, but we understand they are just trying to make a living, and they were super kind and not aggressive. When people say something negative about a place, it doesn't make the rest of the world perfect. So for example, it makes no sense to say something bad about Kandy and complain about London if the video is about Kandy. Hope this makes sense. Just wanted to share so you can understand where people come from a little bit better. Again, this is just our point of view ;)

OMG you're going to SL!!!??? 🥰🇱🇰 Get ready to be amazed! We have so much love for this country! Have so much fun ❤️ And yes lol, the poop was kind of poetic 😂 After spending 2 hours trying to find a hat, he got pooped on 30 seconds after putting in on. But we're happy to report that we washed it and G is still using his SL hat here in the US, months later after this trip 🙌🏻🧢

thanks for reaching out! I just went on their site and I think it does work if you type wotw - all lowercase. It doesn't really show up as a discount on the checkout page, it just automatically applies the discount to your daily rate. I did identical searches with and without the code, and it was cheaper using the code.... please let us know if you're still having issues, we are new partners with tuktukrentals. thanks so much!
