One small tweak. The tiny egg homunculus in the show is definitely not a tiny Hitler/Osama reference. They've talked on OneyPlays about a video where a Russian guy tries to make a homunculus from an egg exactly like the scientist in the show does. He even smashes the creature with a Bible afterward, which they obliquely reference with the scientist using a copy of The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins (a book Zach has joked about occasionally).

By your logic, "it doesn't matter what channel" shouldn't be included either since it is a reference to how on 9/11 every channel was showing the towers. And you might be right.

@Winsane There is specifically an oneyplays moment where Zach goes through and explains the entire russian homonculus video. That moment is more relevant to smiling friends because firstly it's Zach saying it, not Julian saying it years ago, and secondly because Dr. Psychotic smashes the first experiment with a book. It's a direct reference, not just "the concept of a homunculus has shown up in oneyplays at some point."
