Example: general(90%rich) aur ST(50%rich) ke liye 0 fee hoga to isme kaun kinko jyada fayda hoga? Aap bataiye isko thora... Khair.. ye sab to gov. karegi but youth ke liye bhi koi scheme hona chahiye jisse wo atleast apna form bhar sake... Lekin logo ka ye mudda hai hi nhi.. yaha pe logo ko mudda hai mandir, masjid, hindu, muslim etc. Bolte hai ki 1000 bhi petrol hoga to bhara lenge... Mahangai hai hi nahi.. Economic bahut aage badh gya.. lekin yaha log form bharne ke liye struggle kr rhe hai..
