Yeah, I understand why you feel you're just scratching the surface with WayV cuz they are so versatile and could get away with any concept and style. I'd say they are the most versatile group in kpop when it comes to style! They do have some fresh and feel-good songs but they are b-sides so they don't have mvs for those. They do have a track video for MIRACLE (one of their best songs) and the choreo is super enjoyable and satisfying so it's super recommended you check their dance practice for that. You definitely should check that track video with the dance practice!🤌✨☺️

I can't get over TEN, YangYang, and Xiaojun in this comeback. I don't know what they did to YangYang and Xiaojun, but they are bias-wrecking me too much! As for TEN, he always has no chill. Nothing we can do about:!

Thank you for reacting. You know what's funny when WayV first debuted the ones I got confused with were Xioajun & Hendery, not Yangyang lol. Then I discovered Xioajun is known for his eyebrows & vocals since he's WayV's main vocalist, always hitting the high notes. I was able to tell them apart that way. Plus, Hendery is a rapper, but Yangyang is the main rapper, so Yangyang usually always starts off the rap sections, followed by Hendery, kinda like Mark & TY do in 127.

I know you say you get confused on yangyang and xiaojun. Yangyang's the main rapper and Xiaojun's the main vocalist. However, yangyang does sing too. Also, Xiaojun has thick eyebrows and a sharp jaw.

Love your reaction!! It's not as epic/dramatic/orchestral as most of their other hard-hitting title tracks but considering how sort of melancholy On My Youth was, I think it makes a nice change for a rare WayV summer comeback haha. I do think this is a more similar sound to some of their B-sides, a bit more upbeat and/or funky (not too dissimilar to songs like Action Figure, Miracle, Bounce Back, Electric Hearts, Come Back, also their Japanese release from last year which is one of my faves, Welcome To My Paradise) but for a title track it's a new sound! I love their more dramatic, neo sounding songs, but I'm also a big SHINee fan and their lighter stuff does remind me of something SHINee would do too. I always enjoy your WayV reactions, so for future reactions, I'm not sure if you've reacted to WayV's Phantom comeback yet? They also have two track videos (basically shorter snippets of the song) from the same album, Diamonds Only and Good Life. There were also two track videos for On My Youth too, Poppin Love and No One But You + INVINCIBLE (two song snippets in one lol). Otherwise, if you're ever interested in doing any album reactions on YT or Patreon, Give Me That (mini) is officially my favourite WayV album now! She A Wolf is a serious title track contender IMO. Some of my other favourite albums from them are Phantom (mini), Awaken The World (full-length, the one that Turn Back Time and Bad Alive are from) and On My Youth (also full-length). Also an honourable mention for my most listened WayV song, Nectar - unfortunately there's no MV or performance video for that, but there are a few actual performances both as the original 7 member group and also a recent one from last year (NCT Nation) as a 6 member group. A good one to see how they perform on stage! :)

I looove this comeback. Its definitely a new sound, which they mentioned that they were going for, but somehow I think it actually sounds very WayV. They pulled it off so well 💚 The whole album is outrageously good, the b-sides are fantastic. Xiaojun has been wrecking me this comeback, he's really shined this and last year. Pronunciation-wise, I think for English speakers it's easier to say the 'Jun' syllable as a fast 'june' (like the month) since it has a downward tone, and the 'j' in Chinese is hard rather than soft. Like you said, I think you guys are still scratching the surface of WayV. There's actually lots to discover, I really hope you keep checking them out 😄 As for what you said about recommendations, WayV really do suffer from lack of recognition among NCT fans especially and SM. There's a lot more content out there and new stuff coming out. For songs, I really recommend Nectar and All for Love (live), Dream Launch, Domino, Welcome to my Paradise. For other content, I know they are long but the behind the scenes for recordings (e.g. On my Youth, Be Alright) are insanely good. WayV are seriously funny too, for laughs I recommend Home with WayV S3, The Phantom Thief Ep1&2 and HaiDiLao Ep1&2. WayV recently have been moved out of the management centre that deals with all of NCT to another (with Shinee) and tentatively I'd say it seems that they're being given more attention and opportunities than before. I feel like we're used to them being left out some, but I think they're slowing getting the attention they deserve from the company.

The “Jun” in Xiaojun is pronounced sort of like Jin, but a little longer? I’m not quite sure how to describe it to non-Mandarin speaking people. Anyway, you can find it in clips where he introduces himself. It’s the same with NCT Dream’s Renjun. 😅

As for NCT haven't checked them out. Started with V in Hwarang, then found Astro through 'My id Gangnam Beauty' & 'Rookie Historian Goo Ha Ra'. Was a staunch fan, unril what happened to Binnie. I hated the way, thet claimed it was suicide no Transparecy. Police so corrupt. But I listen to so much more, favs SHINee, EXO, BTS. Many others, but have to put them top!!😉😅💯👏🫶🎉
