I main Noob a lot, but one of his major problems he has very little of overhead options which leads to the point that almost all his kombos can be duck blocked

Its so insane how u hit the double 113 after the teleport, Noob is my main but I only learn how to consistently do 113 then b1 1+3 after the tele. Very dope video ❤
