Dawn thanks for being your authentic self in answering off the cuff questions. Men in women sports - well we women play in men sports and have played with men since my younger days in the 60-70s. Why because young girls in my youth did not have women football teams - so I played and ran with the boys and men. Never hold your authenticity back - people want you to be closed fake and politically correct keep being YOU! Keep grooming women to be leaders no matter their path in life. Great interview Tucker

YES!! The match-up I was hoping for. Coach Staley please. PLEASE tell your players to not make any contact with Iowa players. And for Camilla to keep her hands up on offense and defense. The refs are going to be calling some wacking calls. Good luck and go out there and DOMINATE! Do not let this game be close or you will suffer the fate like my UConn Huskies.

I don’t agree with coach Stayley on this one I have a daughter and I draw the line with sports men with men and women with women full stop! but like everyone else good or bad we all are allowed an opinion. It’s not gonna change my opinion of coach Stayley and what’s she’s done for the game. I don’t need to be lock in step with people I admire. Sometime we just see things differently. GO gamecocks.

Ill-timed question and I’m sorry that Coach answered at all. I know she cares about people no matter how they identify but women cannot play against bio men and have a truly competitive game. Bio men in women’s locker rooms is wrong. This is such a distraction from the point of this weekend.

Yoga , I like your videos. Most informative. I'm triggered as well. Politics and sports should not be mixed. Having said that I will not watch women's sports if men are competing in them. That is the beauty of WOMEN'S sports. I will always try my best to support this University whether we're 36-0 , or 0 -36.

As much as like what Dawn has done with the team and program over the years I'm not on board with men playing women's sports. It's contradictory to everything Dawn promotes with women empowerment. I hope she backs off that statement. It was a bad opinion and optic from an icon in women's sports. She inadvertently just turned the championship game into a secondary event and made it political. The outkick reporter should be somewhat ashamed also for the question that wasn't game related but Dawn took the bait. Disappointing. I love Dawn and the team but if the Highlighters practice men's squad that the women go against every day decided to transition, all of Dawn's team and recruits would be in the portal.

It's was a loaded question from a reporter to get his two minutes of fame. It was probably the PC correct way to answer the question given the hallmarks of any university or institution of higher learning is about inclusion and acceptance. Wtbs, no matter how she answered the question, her response was always going to be radioactive and/or offensive to someone.

I hope she gets the win but this press conference will overshadow the moment. More than the game now and thats sad.

@@paulatucker183 Romans 1:24-32 Genesis 19, Judges 19 are clear on this issue and where God stands. also God made them Male and Female. there is a distinct difference that is why men are to have short hair, women long hair 1 Corinthians 11 and separate clothing women cannot wear pants. God wants there to be a difference between genders, husband is head of the wife, etc.
