@@MegaAndrew1213 Yep exactly. They beat every single LPL team, all 4 seeds. Only lost 1 game to JDG. Every other game did not look even remotely close other than game 3 vs JDG when Oner got caught and JDG got baron but Faker pulls through and found the game winning play.

I have watched all their games ever since this team was brought to LCK, and I have seen them celebrating too early especially 2022 Worlds where they thought that the trophy was on their hands already just because they've defeated JDG and only facing DRX 4th seed of LCK. They dont want that to ever happen again.

@@jp-sn6si he still doesn't deserve that level of hate tho, people went around saying "he inted here", "he inted there", truth is that every player makes mistakes or has bad games, and Zeus was simply better than him, the guy played incredibly well on average during this tournament I didn't even know TheShy before the tournament, but from the few games I've seen he played at a very high level and managed to do much more than simply holding a candle to Zeus, the level of hate I've seen in the first two weeks after the finals was simply unjustifiable

@@axelnio7498 Difference is DRX had talented players in all 5 roles. I hate to discredit Weibo's run to the finals but they were literally gifted the easiest path one could ever ask for. GenG lost to BLG so they didn't have to fight them and got a regional matchup vs a team from their region. In quarters they got the ONLY western team in quarters and it was from NA. Weibo got exposed so hard in the finals because they were not forced to play against competent opponents in all 5 roles. Weibo's bot lane is a joke, their mid laner is afk in more than half their games. Their Worlds run was more or less JG + top 2v8'ing the easiest opponents they could ever ask for. T1 had to beat the arguably best team at Worlds up until that semifinals and they made JDG look like clowns.

The Grand Finals was boring NGL, but I still loved every single second of it because it's T1. LET'S GET IT! I have remained faithful even when my friends faltered, and I got the last laugh.
