I love bein a southerner, and even more proud to be and raised in East Tennessee. Thankful my mamaw and papaw passed down their secrets before mamaw passed, I’m only 33, but most people my age don’t even know what it is to can beans, let alone to actually know how to do it. I love our history and wisdom of our elders.
