A Conversation with Lt. Colonel (Retired) Alexander Vindman, moderated by Geneviève Zubrzycki, Professor of Sociology and Director of the Weiser Center for Europe and Eurasia, and John Ciorciari, Professor of Public Policy and Director of the Weiser Diplomacy Center.
