Haha we need Salads to stay healthy! XD I did that calculation nowadays because I figured out a way to make a deck with 98.5% chance to FTK.

Well, this deck is a modified experimental deck that I used for rank climbing. Did a misplay, and it made me realize that the deck works at around 90% capacity even without the UR cards. XD

@@sarahgomez1976 Haha played the expensive version in ranked ladder. Many of them just quit the moment they knew they're going to lose. XD

Terahertz is better because it also Negates Activated Monster Effects in the Battle Phase, but it requires once per turn ED Link Climber like Transcode and/or Splash Mage, so it's harder to make if both are negated. It can also be protected by Gatchiri if the OTK fails. Violet requires more initial resources but doesn't use Transcode and Splash Mage, so it's easier to make than a 2nd Terahertz. It's a back up plan, just as mentioned in the video. :D

@@GoriCHAD Do you have any idea to make that deck go first with a decent board and obviously without removing the otk lines? I remember long time ago Teraherzt send to the graveyard a fusion monster to negate spell cards and a xyz monster to negate monster´s effect but that´s it. Maybe with some micro coder to search cynet conflict. I just really like the idea of using Teraherzt against tenpai dragon in TCG format, but also it would be ideal for me to play salamangreat cards because I love them.

Well, it's better to focus either for going 1st or 2nd in best of 1 format, but it's indeed required for TCG's best of 3. That ED Fusion (Desavewurm?) is good for spell negate, and there's an Xyz (Mereologic?) monster that can negate monster. Just replace Pentestag and Update Jammer with both. Micro Coder is also useful for climbing into Transcode, but it wasn't included because it's not needed thanks to the 1 card OTK line, and I'm also trying to make this strategy as consistent as possible. The other useful card is Iblee, just send it to GY with Terahertz, and bring it back with Splash Mage before Linking it off into something. :D

My expensive version uses Mathmech for Nibiru protection, but Circular is banned in TCG. That said, it's also hard to do here because Diameter, the most useful card for the deck, is limited to 1 in MD. XD

@@GoriCHAD Yeah that´s really sad about circular. I used to play it and my endboard was something like apollousa 4 negates, 3 destruction (Laplacian´s effect), 2 draws (heatsoul) and 3 omni-negates (roar, diameter and cynet conflict). Obviously all that without getting nib xd

You can remove the board breakers for staples, but hand traps are not that useful for hard going 2nd decks when compared to board breakers. Most hand traps are 1 for 1 trade, so it's less powerful when compared to board breakers. Maxx "C" and Nibiru is the only ones that have the potential to be better than board breakers, it's rare to see it happens. :D

@@EGS3586 Yes, but you need to discard 1. Replacing it with Mining does offer more flexibility, but sometimes it's better with 1 extra card. :D
