איך מתפיחים עם תנור דולק?

לא פשוט מים חמים מתחת אפילו קצת לפתוח את התנור, שמרים מגיבים בטמפ' של בין 27-35 מעלות האדים שנוצרים בתנור גורמים ללחם להשאר טרי ליותר זמן, וזה פשוט מדוייק, כי בדרך כלל בבית אין כזאת טמפרטורה גבוה והשמרים לא מקבלים את מה שהם צרכים, אני ממליצה פשוט לשים את זה בתא התפחה, (לפני שהייתי עושה את זה היה יוצא לי נורא, ועכשיו זה כמו עננים! 😇😊)
