when i was new, i tried every gun that i unlocked and looked at their reload animation cuz the animations were sooo satisfying and cool (shorty and deagle were my favorite to look at) .... also happy birthday dude!

New players think that when they unlock a gun as they level up It's the best gun for them We also fall for the claim button on the locked blueprints Also we tend to put holographic sights in our guns when we are new

I think using scopes is very good for beginners because they can do more accurate shots until they become experienced, because in the most of the games, what scopes do is they decrease FOV to the numbers that we can't set in the settings. FOV doesn't have any effects on recoil or bullet spread BUT it increases your focus, also scopes decrease the aim sensitivity which means even more accurate shots.

Its all true for me 😂 Earlier FMJ's description was increases bullet damage. So every gun had FMJ & also the Foregrip 🙌

On most of the weapons now I just focus on control, aside from LMGs and snipers, I just focus on mobility. And also off topic but my favorite gun is probably the Rus because it's the first one I used and also the first one I maxed out. My second favorite gun is the As Val because it's the goat, and my third is the Kilo 141 because the setup that I have has no recoil.

I remember getting my first nuke when the very first season 1 in 2019 was ending. Then got multiple nukes on the end of season 2. Good times when things were simpler. 😌

About the fmj part. I was actually thinking wounding increased dmg or at least added tiny dmg over time when I first started. (Found out it stopped healing for a period of time)

My favorite frontline map is the killhouse back then, the map is small so i could kill people easily. Now i play with random maps and matches

I did none of this. Except for at the very beginning, I played with the default auto fire for quite a while. But it quickly got very annoying. I would want to use knife but it would take like 2 hours for it to finally attack. Then I looked up better controls on KZfaq and found a guide to doing 4 finger. It was nice though, it would gradually get you there. You would start with 3 finger, get used to that, then move on slowly. Then I would raise my sensitivity 10 at a time until I was used to it, then 10 more. Now it's maxed. Other than that, I had little to no interest in any of these things. The nuke I knew about from playing mw2 years ago. I do love the fact that it doesn't just instantly win the game, now. That was a bit annoying because of people who would use the tactical flare and they'd boost each other. Two minutes into a game and it's already over. 😡

I've done all this since the day codm first came out. Some people were sort of excited about it at my high school at the time, same with me. I used to think fmj bosted the damage. And I remember that there used to be only 3 top attachments. I always used the default red dot in every weapon except snipers of course.

The one about default hud and never use hipfire button is so true. I only customized my hud and started using hipfire after 1 year of playing codm. It really increased my skill I'm gonna say. Still playing with 2 fingers hud btw.

Sorry for wishing 2 months late but belated happy birthday. I could relate to many of these. Earlier I did not even know what a bot was and when I became mvp at my first game it felt so nice. Then winning and becoming mvp in your initial games felt like you are the best player in the world but all this ended when I came to elite rank. I then knew I was not the best player.

Belated Happy Birthday Stealth! I remember hating rank mode 'cause I thought it was nothing. I enjoyed playing in normal match always hahaha that's why I'm late in the "legendary" era. I also play in "simple mode" lol without the buttons and stuff. I also hate SND because I love Frontline and TDM back then, well jokes on me, I'm an SND main now hahaha.
