Struggles are important to share especially the vulnerability and self awareness it shows within yourself. I would say something I’ve been struggling with lately would be being so far from my family. I moved to TN for college and all my family lives in NC, so being here is lonely. Watching you and the crazy pieces makes me miss my family so much but I know this is just a season of my life. When the time comes for me to go back home it’ll be a blessing with the growth I’ve experienced here. Thank you for sharing your family with us all and just being yourselves! I’m sorry about your house issues, saying a prayer that you are free of home issues for a long time! Poor Maddie… they do make inflatable soft cones. They are similar to a neck pillow for reference. Just measure her neck, and use with a regular collar to make it impossible for her to remove. It’s so much more comfortable for them and no more cone of shame🥴

For those of your children that are struggling to write essays, they need to pick a subject that interest them. They will need to read about it and write what they learned about it. Spencer is a very mature thoughtful young man. Very refreshing to see. I just want to recognize his honesty and naturalness. Also your house is really nice, comfortable and OH! so clean. Jacob and Landon are impressive too. No hamming it up for the camera.

My struggle is my grief. My dad died on July 30th of this year and it's finally hitting me that he's really truly gone and isn't coming back. I can't stop crying and haven't been able to for almost 2 weeks now. He was young. He was only 60. I am only 27 and now don't have my dad. And I've been having to go through this alone. As soon as the funeral was over a week after he died, people stopped asking how I am doing. Everyone moved on and stopped caring.

I've been struggling with life. If it wasn't for my two amazing kids, I would feel like I had nothing to live for, but I praise God for them daily because they keep me going and give me a reason to be alive and motivate me to make my life better. It's just hard when I'm the only parent they have, and can't work due to physical and mental health problems, so finances are my biggest struggle. I lost my best friend when my mom unexpectedly last year and I haven't been okay since.

I am really struggling with keeping up with the house chores especially doing laundry. If only I could be able to buy myself a washer, I would be the happiest. But all in all, we thank God for His grace.

With the love and support of my husband I said enough was enough and I lost relationships with some family and friends but it was liberating finally being able to take care of me and understand who I was. Jarrod and Shelly I wanna say thanks for doing this with your kids. I showed this Vlog to a friend s Of mine they have a blended family that includes ,7 kids. I knew there was something going on with 2 of the Jr high kids. They watched this Vlog together as a family and both kids had started a new school this year. Both kids started to cry and we found out both were struggling with this move due to bullying 😔. As adults we had great conversation with the kids and even talked about it in youth at church. Kids have some great friends at church and they all go to school together. I think this will all be a struggle of the past tomorrow. Thanks for sharing 🥰

Jared, have you blessed your new home? When I moved into my home I Had some weird issues so I had my dad come over and bless my home and it made a world of difference for me.

I struggle with accepting myself and my body. I'm in recovery from an eating disorder and some days are just so hard and I don't want to do it anymore, but I know I HAVE to in order to be able to do the things I want to do. It's just really really hard sometimes.

July I experienced the house struggle too! My hot water heater went out, then the next day, my air conditioner went out and when they came to replace that, the saw the heater was not up to code and had to have that replaced as well. When I moved into my home 3 years ago, during the inspection, they said that I would have to get them replaced in the next few years since they were all the original equipment when the house was built 20 years ago. So, within 1 week, I had to replace them all! I totally feel your pain!

Omg those girls CANNOT ruin their PERFECT hair!!! I’ve envied Aubrey, Addison, and Cynthias hair for years! I cannot count the amount of times I’ve said aloud, “please never destroy your hair, please!” They’re too young and their hair is too perfect! Their siblings and cousins have fried theirs, and it’s so sad😫 I mean this as a compliment! Middles and Pieces have such GORGEOUS kids, and they do not need relentless, heavy cosmetic changes.

My struggle recently is finding out I'm going to have to move and find a handicapped accessible home to take care of my dad but I'm already having to rotate between utility bills to see which one will be late this month and which can be late next month. I've started a second job but it's interfering with my dad's care schedule. I'm only one person but I need to split myself in half to make everything actually work out for us.

The struggle has been real around our house this summer! We had scheduled to have our downstairs floors replaced this spring , but due to shortages/delays/lack of good labor, our things were packed up like we were moving for months before they were finally done last week! Then our heat pump went out; washing machine, our kitchen faucet, and a toilet. I am OVER it!!

Usually when you purchase a home the prior owner is required to provide a home warranty for 1 year. The AC and plumbing are usually covered under a Home Warranty. So sorry you guys are struggling with the house.

Ugh, I'm sorry. We had our sump pump go out twice (different houses). Both times my husband was away (once in the hospital, the other deployed to Iraq). Of course these things happen at night when repair people aren't available 🙄. Your family is so great to share these things, acknowledge them and develop plans to deal with them

I always hated writing in school. But now since I write scripts for what I talk about on my youtube channel I love writing especially if it has to do with movies or TV shows.

With essays my top advice is to break it down and break it down in a way which is detailed and helps you know where to start and what to include it takes time doing but it helps when actually writing it.

You need to check into appliance insurance that covers your appliance cost if they go out. When things are used more often they go out sooner. Many blessings.

My first job was working at a coffee shop, I love coffee and it was fun to learn how to make lattes and such! Highly recommend being a barista/working in a coffee shop
