These guys are the true definition of die hard fisherman. No matter the obstacles or obstructions big Dave and nick keep bringing the fire content that shows really what the winter steelhead fisherman goes through chasing bobber downs and Crome flashes in the riffles! Great job guys had me wanting to see what was next the whole dam video! From the driftboat ride behind the quad with tracks, to the Honda generator and the wife’s hair dryer every second of this is priceless and something we will never forget. Loved it! My craziest plan with a buddy- putting on life jackets and swimming across about 75 ft of swift water with strainers ( downed trees along the bank) on the upper W just to fish for whatever will bite on a river bar. Caught 4 or 5 bass each . Swam back across rods strapped to back of life jackets...climbed a 25 ft bank back to my Truck. Dumbest great idea I've had to date. Still alive to tell about it 🤪🎣

Love the video boys! Big Dave N Popov are always my fave! Pro Tip: Us Great Lakes Steelhead fishermen run Blood Run floating Mono all winter long instead of braid main line so you don't need a hair dryer in the drift boat ;) Tight lines guys!

That hat is too notch, and no doubt it's warm. I made a coin skin cap and it is super warm, I just wish mine covered my ears. I'd rock one of those hats on the river all winter long!!

I was expecting to see you with your new 28. All those big cannons, heavy guns and heavy shell pockets. I know you would have loved a nice 28 out there. Also on close shots, the bird isn't ground up. We had chukkers that were left for the scavenger s after a 12 left 2 wings and a head. Fun watching the dogs work. Take care, kiss the wife and snuggle hug the kids.
