When driving an RV from Iowa to Anchorage for Great Alaskan Holidays ( they get new RVs every year and give a good deal on the rental taking the new RV to Alaska ), we talked to someone. Turned out he was from Arizona. I asked where in AZ. He seemed hesitant to say where, but finally said ‘Scottsdale’. I said that was where I grew up. ‘where in Scottsdale?’. Again he gave me a strange look and hesitated but finally gave a general area. I responded that that was a couple of blocks from where I grew up. I wondered if he thought I was trying to set up a burglary of his home !

I’m not a fan of port intensive cruises! I need some time to relax. So if I ever go on one, I’m definitely going to stay on the ship in at least a couple of the ports, even if it’s an amazing destination. I love seeing the world, but I love seeing it at a slower pace! And if I miss out on a few things, I’m still content….and rested! 😀

Regardimg passport names matching the airline’s name. My DIL’s name on United was her maiden name. It looked like we were going to have to send a copy of the marriage license to United to get it changed. But we were just able to edit her account online

I bought a new and larger suitcase online while I was on my cruise. My party pooper husband says it's too big to fit in an Uber and I told him it's obvious he's never looked at Uber because that's why they have XL.

Your research should have found out about the flies. For my cruise ( unfortunately I had to cancel ) I had packed netting that goes over you hat
