Its not a right suggestion. If i talk about my own childhood , me and my brother had our own separate meal till the age of 5-6 . My mom always says babies should not be given even a small amount of different food.Its quite natural that they want to eat or do whatever they see. Their health is more important than their thoughts. If you start giving babies lil amount tasty food daily, they will start to neglect their own food and will never want to have it again. Bcs adult foods are way more tastier and it will be harmful for kids.As an example my niece is 3 years old, her parents always share lil amount of ice cream , noodles and other foods with their child ..as a result whenever she saw anyone having anything , she got mad and started to cry for having it.As a result her digestive system didn't support it and suffered a lot . Now, dr strictly told their parents to not to share any of their food...not kids food.

​​@@tias61 to each his own.. i have done this with my kids and have never faced any problems.. and by sharing i never meant junk or unhealthy food.. we don't eat them on a regular basis right!!there can not be any potential danger sharing our everyday meals which are normally made in healthy ways.. my boys are having the same daal macher jhol chicken etc what we eat.. i have hardly ever prepared food separately for them and by God's grace things have turned out super!! anyway i will never impose my thoughts on anyone.. it was a suggestion based on my own experience which i will never regret!
