it's...really apparent all of a sudden hearing this performed by an orchestra that this is ABSOLUTELY without a doubt a 90s toei OP. i actually had to stop and see who did moonlight densetsu (sailor moon; tetsuya komoro) because it has that same feel in a wider arrangement like this.
