Stuffed cabbage is a dish of ancient cuisine, which is based on sauerkraut and millet. In various cooking recipes, among the ingredients you can find meat, milk, sour cream. Also, some housewives prepare it as one of the 12 dishes for the holy evening, that is, Lenten. Time is not limited in the knowledge of Ukrainian cuisine only palyanitsa and dumplings, this is absolutely unfair. Be sure to try the covered cabbage. I know from various sources that filled cabbage is called "wedding" because no wedding in Transcarpathia took place without it for sure. My grandfather often talked about traditions and dishes from his region. Today we will cook with cracklings!
