Just a bit of context to both Vonds and Nankatsu. Both prioritized the Ichihara Cup with Vonds playing an extra game before the Finals series, hence the lack of fitness. Kanto has the highest rep league in the regional leagues, but both Kanto and Kansai have cup competitions during this time as well making it more difficult for those teams to get promoted without a rotatable squad. Tokachi have no excuse though. Hopefully Tokyo get promoted though ;)

Aerial prowess is so OP in Japan, it works great well into the higher J leagues as well.

This save is brilliant. I've taken a Northern Irish amateur team to top division and Europe, no European trophies as yet. I find growing the league and team reputation is the hardest part

Did a Gibraltar save on FM23 and it took me 32 seasons to win the Champs League with Mons Calpe (and to get Gibraltar in the Euros/World Cup a few times). Always sell players with 50% sell on fees to higher leagues until the rep improves to push transfer fees up in your league. You will get there eventually 😉

Awesome job, Jack! I've been following your channel since the days before the face cam (I remember the first time I saw your face: didn't match the voice, I imagine you've heard this before 😂). Similar to Akai I also have a crazy good aerial danger in my save in the lower leagues of Denmark. He has 202 cm of pure muscle and 20 jumping reach. I love him

How can you tell if they've passed their fitness test? It displays the same text every time so I can't tell if I should play players or not.

you should get a fitness email right before a game starts. your medical staff will tell you whether they passed if they did one and will reccomend the amount of minutes is suitable for them.
