UAW Local 2300 members at Cornell University help the university run, but their wages haven’t kept up and they’re struggling to make ends meet.
Cornell has amassed a nearly $10 billion endowment, which has seen 43% growth since 2021. Tuition’s up. The endowment’s up. But workers haven’t seen their fair share.

I think one of the most important points she made was during covid the workers were on the front line while admin stayed home. they treat us like we're disposable when they prove that they were optional

Why is the UAW making it hard for African American Union members to vote at union hall. They require ID to vote at union hall, disgusting.

Cornell brings in half a billion and needs to compensate the workers who ARE the backbone of daily operations in Ithaca‼️ A minimum of $60 an hour should be on the negotiation table PLUS, the same benefit package as the Administration and Professors; INCLUDING dedicated parking close these worker job sites‼️‼️ ‼️ ‼️ ‼️
