I’m so excited you did Border Grill! It’s one of my bucket list places to go for that brunch! Chef Susan Feniger is one of my heroes. It was great to actually see the menu that I have read about over and over.

It can get very noisy on the patio. We opt to sit outside and around the corner to the right, much quieter.

We have an excellent Italian restaurant in my town but virtually every Yelp comment mentions the noise problem. It can ruin an otherwise wonderful meal.

7rucus11 Nah , sound level was moderate . I prefer the slamming sound of jack hammers when I dine . Makes my teeth chatter and thus enabling the chewing process . Bon appetite .👍

I love the way your eyes roll back in your head when you take a big bit of food. Reminds me of a shark tearing off a hunk of whale meat. Love your videos! Makes me want to gain 10 pounds in Vegas. Keep’em coming!

I'm excited to see this one. We were there in July and we sat at the same table. Our brunch lasted three hours. They are very nice about not rushing you. I agree that the hash is the best thing. I think they ran out while we were there but we had a few plates of it. That chicken is way too spicy. We only got one of those and didn't finish it. We loved the empanadas. When I got home, I tried making them myself and they were not bad. When you cut into yours, I realized I definitely didn't come close on the crust. This brunch is one of those that we put on our permanent list. When we go to Vegas again, we will return to Border Grill.

Excellent video Derek! We have had this brunch so many times and keep going back. We usually order 4 dishes at a time and keep them coming. The menu has a few new items so we may have to head there on our next trip. Thanks again.

Great video, as per usual. I just spent a week at Mandalay Bay and never knew that the Border Grill had a buffet. As I did laps on the M.B. grounds which takes you right by the outside seating area of the restaurant and I had walked by the inside reception area but I think it was closed for a time for Christmas. Next time I'm staying at the southern end of the strip I will certainly have to visit.
