The HARDEST Pokemon Nuzlocke Soul Link starts anew. Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra with Randomized Pokemon, TM's, Abilities and harder rulesets. This Soul Link Nuzlocke is absolutely brutal and we attempt it witj Rhabby_V whom hasn't played Pokemon in over 12 years (and barely played then)... can I help guide him through unknown Pokemon adventures and generations to achieve victory?

★ RULES ★
-If a pokemon faints, it must be permanently placed inside PC Box
-Can only catch the first pokemon encountered in each route.
-Must nickname every pokemon caught (will be named after someone in House Fruit)
-Every wild pokemon encounter, static pokemon encounter, trainer pokemon, TM's, field items and abilities and are randomized
-No pokemon can exceed level of next gym leaders highest level (totem or captain for USUM)
-3 Items used in-battle per battle, unless a mon faints then item usage resets in that battle
-All Important Trainers have increased Pokemon count
-All Wild Pokemon Can Call Allies
-Can Decide To Take A Called Ally For Encounter (cannout purposefuly wait for Pokemon to call ally)
-Force Fully Evolved Trainer Pokemon At Lvl 40
-Ultra Necrozma Won't Be A Wipe
-If we white out/black out, we lose.
-Each encounter is paired with each other making them "soul linked"
-If one person fails to catch their encounter or knocks it out, the other person forfeits the encounter as well
-If one persons Pokemon in a soul link is put in the PC or knocked out than the other linked Pokemon must follow/share the same fate
-No repeat of primary types across both parties (1 pokemon pair may break this rule however)
-No pair may share the same primary typing
-Flying Pokemon may have either of their typing declared for their primary the moment they're caught and cannot change (since every flying type pokemon has flying as secondary rather than primary typing)
-Randomized fossils can be used as an extra encounter in the route the 2nd fossil half was found (both players will need to find 1 fossil for this to come into effect)
-A wild shiny encounter can always be caught and made into a new pair

More fun facts for the moves at the move tutor! Hold hands (Rob's tutor) is an event-exclusive move that is completely useless in single battles. That being said, when you power up Hold Hands with a Normalium Z, Z-Hold Hands gives your Pokemon an immediate omni-boost! And Me First (Mr. Fruit's tutor) has a fun side effect. When powered up by Normalium-Z, it gives you a +2 speed boost, then it uses the move the opponent was going to use and turns it into a Z move (if the opponent is using a damage dealing move). Also, please have Rob go back and buy the Quiver Dance TM, it's the most broken non Z setup move in the game (+1 SpAtk, +1 SpDef, +1 Speed)

50:43 Quiver dance is not what you said. It actually raises SpAtk, SpDef, and speed by one stage. I think the move you were thinking of is Silver Wind

Just an FYI they changed the way roar works in gen 6 I think so that it doesn't work unless the Pokemon is the same or higher level than the opponent it's trying to roar. Loving the series guys! This run might be the one... Maybe ❤

"Quiver dance isnt bad I guess" Thats a hell of an understatement. Literally one of the most broken moves in all of pokemon. What youre thinking about is Silver Wind. Which is a bug type ancient power. Quiver dance raises sp atk, sp def and speed by one stage. Thats more broken than dragon dance. And it would be absurdly powerful on Mewtwo and Arcanine if they can clear it.

Finished the episode late last night/early this morning, and wow. What an episode! As sad as it was, I think the gods were punishing you for the Flygon incident. Just for reference mega salamence has 20 more base stat total points than base raquaza, I definitely think it's worth looking into swapping. Simple would be broken if you can get dragon dance. Keep up the great content! ❤

I’m not sure if anyone has said it, BUT: Vanillite having Flash Fire is GREAT, because the ability grants IMMUNITY TO FIRE. So now it only has 3 weaknesses (steel, fighting, and rock) instead of 4. Mantine surf info: Each new surf move gives you diffrent benefits during a mantine surf Lanturn 360 : More points than the starting two moves Primorina twist : More points when wave is low 3rd move(something 720) :more points than first reward Over the gyarados: One time move that gives huge amount of points if used after another move.(you lose points if you use it again in the same surf) The magikarp flop gives you alot of points once but gives very little if used again. By topping all 4 beaches you get a reward pokemon that should also be randomized but you do have to get to the fourth islands first route to access the last beach If you somehow get a pikachu with a cap you can get a special z move from the female pikachu in the back right of pikachu Valley. I absolutely hated the alola region but after you guys started your locke my opinion of the game got better and I decide to play it as well and really enjoyed it. Mr fruit the tm rob had, quiver dance, is insanely good. It's a status move that boost sp atk, sp def, and speed stat by one. 50:27 Also now that Rob has frogadier with desolate land, he can easily switch into charizard for the fire boost and not having to worry about water damage 3:05:03

I feel like with this new form we can really turn this into a drinking game. "What are the odds?", Drink. New encounter, drink. Any clause is activated, Drink. Legendary encounter 2 drinks. Castform shows up, Drink. Rob big hit/Mr. Fruit hold song, everyone in the room plays avalanche. 😂

I had a major surgery right when this series started. being immobile and bored out of my mind, this has provided me just the entertainment I needed. and encouraged me to start my own nuzlocke with pokemon sword. I'd love to see a male mon named Crowley, or female named Zhalo after my pets that have kept me company during my recovery. keep it up boys!! this is the season!!!

Okay so I just watched the part where you encounter mega-rayquaza and I have a suggestion. You could add a “replacement clause” where if you encounter a species clause and want to upgrade you could switch it into the pair but your partner would need to scrap their encounter entirely. So one pair gets improved at the cost of another pair. So if people hate that you kept both Rayquaza’s, you could upgrade the rayquaza/arcanine pair and Rhab throws away Beedrill. It’s a very niche clause but with this being the “what are the odds” locke it could be cool to have Name: Gil
