The HARDEST Pokemon Nuzlocke Soul Link starts anew. Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra with Randomized Pokemon, TM's, Abilities and harder rulesets. This Soul Link Nuzlocke is absolutely brutal and we attempt it witj Rhabby_V whom hasn't played Pokemon in over 12 years (and barely played then)... can I help guide him through unknown Pokemon adventures and generations to achieve victory?

★ RULES ★
-If a pokemon faints, it must be permanently placed inside PC Box
-Can only catch the first pokemon encountered in each route.
-Must nickname every pokemon caught (will be named after someone in House Fruit)
-Every wild pokemon encounter, static pokemon encounter, trainer pokemon, TM's, field items and abilities and are randomized
-No pokemon can exceed level of next gym leaders highest level (totem or captain for USUM)
-3 Items used in-battle per battle, unless a mon faints then item usage resets in that battle
-All Important Trainers have increased Pokemon count
-All Wild Pokemon Can Call Allies
-Can Decide To Take A Called Ally For Encounter (cannout purposefuly wait for Pokemon to call ally)
-Force Fully Evolved Trainer Pokemon At Lvl 40
-Ultra Necrozma Won't Be A Wipe
-If we white out/black out, we lose.
-Each encounter is paired with each other making them "soul linked"
-If one person fails to catch their encounter or knocks it out, the other person forfeits the encounter as well
-If one persons Pokemon in a soul link is put in the PC or knocked out than the other linked Pokemon must follow/share the same fate
-No repeat of primary types across both parties (1 pokemon pair may break this rule however)
-No pair may share the same primary typing
-Flying Pokemon may have either of their typing declared for their primary the moment they're caught and cannot change (since every flying type pokemon has flying as secondary rather than primary typing)
-Randomized fossils can be used as an extra encounter in the route the 2nd fossil half was found (both players will need to find 1 fossil for this to come into effect)
-A wild shiny encounter can always be caught and made into a new pair

i think there were points where rhab had almost no out. it was clear that the fights were totally one sided in rhab fighting off only megas, some that even threw off froot.

Well I mean yes fruit could check every type for the both of them but in all honesty it would just turn into a fruit soulocke not a fruit/rob soulocke. I do think rob should check typings if he’s super confused but in reality it’s his team and his game so he therefor can just do what he wants lol I definitely do see the fun factor going away around this time of the Locke but that’s just what happens when you wipe a lot and are determined

@aihsur Manta rays do in fact jump out of the water they are part of the eagle ray family and if you Google "do Manta rays jump out of the water?" You will find many images of Manta rays(which are solid black/dark blue on top, not spotted like the eagle ray) jumping out of the water and flying through the air.

Man, these fights today were brutally nasty, EV training changes so many things about these boss fights! And you guys haven't seen the E4 yet💀don't be afraid to keep looking up movesets on boss fights. Also, the EV items are all sold for BP (mantine surfing). You could "grind" BP to EV train all of your guys balancing out the playing field for your boss fights (and by "grind" I mean the same way you "grind" the levels for guys in your team & box lol)

It’s always funny when you see some little flaws, like Exeggcutor being “Poison/Grass” or Sandstorm boosting Steel sp def (It only boosts rock types sp def). But as always awesome video, thank you Mr Fruit and Rob! Edit: Also, you guys need to do some EV training or get some Vitamins for those EVs, just going with raw levels is going ti bite you later in the game.

Poor Rob, try not to be too hard on him everyone. I know it's frustrating to watch sometimes but it's hard in the moment when ur panicking and balancing not wanting to look up every single thing and take forever and trying to make enjoyable content. I'm really enjoying the runs even with the struggling moments and even if mistakes are made I hope people are not being too harsh on you guys

Also, to change the form for Rotom, you can go to Kukui's basement. You get a stab move matching the form's type. E.g. hydro pump for wash form.

I like the idea of a rule that if you find a mega to a pokemon you already own. You get to "upgrade" to the mega version. The chances are very low so i think it would be a cool bonus if you get lucky enough!
