Choose your battles wisely. Don’t sweat the small stuff. At some point in time, we all can be WRONG, in our feelings. At some point we all can be RIGHT, in our feelings.

Everyone’s perception is their reality. It’s all in the wording! I agree with Toya, if someone feels a way (regardless if it’s right or wrong) acknowledging their feelings is the first step towards resolution. Once you acknowledge that and validate a persons feelings you can then work towards separating and removing emotions to address FACTS.
