I sold off my Ponderosa several yrs agp . I gotta say I don’t miss it . I can go anywhere without wondering if the cows are safe . Happy new land to ya ! Enjoy

I bought my 20acres 2 years ago and just yesterday I found old tractor attachments that have trees growing around them. I think the age will be 40s but can't confirm without uprooting trees to free the stuff so I can get a better look. I also found a massive mound of 50s - 70s bottles and cans.

Wow! I still haven't gotten around to looking through the old abandoned house on our property. I'm looking forward to looking through it and seeing if there's anything valuable in it!

A little bit. I did get an old wheel barrel that has come in handy! Hopefully you found some good stuff, looks like there was quite a bit to go through there. That property looks amazing!

What county? Im in Raleigh county born and raised.....still here after all these years. West Virginia is a great state it has some draw backs but the good out weighs any bad ....good luck on your venture
