Our house is almost done!!! Which means it’s time for an empty house tour 🏡
Our New house is part of a new build community where all the houses are “smart” and energy efficient.
At such a young age, we never thought we would be able to atain our own house... so now that we did it, we are excited to show it off! 😉

Who’s your builder on the home I’ve been looking for houses in Austin but there soooo expensive right now. Even used houses

YUP! We used Lennar. They were the most affordable homes forsure.

@@MelanieLunaDiaz thank you !! I was looking at lennar in Elgin but the homes they showed us were super small ! I’ll just have to keep looking around

@@cecegalvan2421 yes unfortunately, they even told us that this year the homes were going to spike up :/ fortunately we were able to price lock before 2020 ended. Hope you find a good house girl! And I say (and my mom says) even if the house is small, you should buy bc prices are only going to go higher, and then you can sell it for double what you bought it for and then build your own house or buy a better house
