I can't believe we're HOMEOWNERS! Absolutely insane! I couldn't do what I do without each of you supporting me, so truly ily all so much and am so so grateful for this community!! I can't wait to renovate and make this house a home! Comment any ideas you have!! ILY!!

such a cute house!!!!! I think you should take out the wall that separates the living room and kitchen it'll make it more welcoming and you could still talk with the people in the living room while cooking and you can add an island to have more counter space!

This house is sooo cute and has so much potential in the areas you mentioned!! In the little kitchen nook you could keep the lower cabinets and sink and get rid of the upper cabinets and replace them with floating shelves for plants and it could just be a cute little plant area with a sink right there to water them!

I think you should keep the wet bar upstairs! Maybe update it but it’s perfect for your teas and cokes.. and could make it a coffee bar for your friends too. But also tuck some plants in it!

lovvveeee!! ok hear me out- that little kitchenette upstairs by the guest bedrooms can be a tea/coffee area for when you film in your book or when you have friends over! and maybe you could add like snacks and a some cute plants! i would redo the backsplash and paint the cabinets and do all new hardware! just a thought ❤️

Congrats!!! It’s so cute! I’d keep the sink in the guest room and rip out the top cabinets and add floating shelves for plants or a tea bar! Plus, a sink in a makeup/studio room could be nice!

Congrats on the new house! You can decorate the columns in the dining room for parties, they are so unique. For your upstairs book, I would leave the cabinets but take out the wine rack and sink.

love the pillars so much, it’s adds nice character to your space!! I love your kitchen renovation ideas, the green is so cute. I think the upstairs partial kitchen would be cool as a mini open closet with beach club clothes, and then making the back outside closed in porch and open concept would be so perfect next to the pool!!

congrats!!!!🥹 i can’t wait for the new home content 🥳 as far as the kitchen goes, if you’re someone who like color but also gets bored of it quickly you could always go for the white coastal theme with accents of the pastel colors that way if you want to redecorate, it’s so much easier!!! also better for holidays!
