Man i bought this car used with the same engine, and it's amazing how it has the exact same issues as yours. I went crazy looking for the fuel filter cuz the manual does say it exist. Thank you for making this content. carry on!

I'm not sure if the 406 Coupe version has a fuel filter or not, but in the sedan and SW versions the filter is in a rather stupid place, we can say, having to loosen two screws on the fuel tank to access it.

Yeah that's what the manual shows.. sadly there aren't any 406 coupé manuals out there that i could find

Man, I have been driving my 406 for 5 years and this is the first time I saw cabin air filter is supposed to have a plastic thing over it. Is it possible for you to share that 3d file? Nice video by the way.

Yeah i wouldn't have noticed either but the old one had it from factory so i copied those. i can put the file up somewhere, sure. let me just look for a good hosting website...

Nice video. Do you recommend buying a Peugeot 406 as a first car?

Thank you. The only problem i see with it being somebodys first car is the fact that bnew drivers (usually) are more prone to accidents, which in any other normal car is no big deal to replace a bumper, whereas bumpers for the 406 have become extremely hard to get a hold of. so be aware of that..
