Kemis Nomo yep. I could only see atrium style windows at the very front of the apartment. Everything else had no natural light or ventilation 😑

@@mircat28 I put most of my money into books since I got some pocket money around age 6 and I am still expanding my collection of ~1500. There are a lot of memories in between the pages which is why I don't get rid of a lot of books (the exception being non fiction). I can remember around what time I read it, what was happening then, how I felt, what my state of mind was. I regularly reread and it is interesting to explore the same book a few years later, as there are always things you missed or forgot. I only put fiction books in book swaps if I really didn't like them or couldn't bring myself to finish a book. My upstairs neighbours have two daughters that regularly visit and check out books from me too since I love childrens books. Friends borrow a lot too. My oldest childhood friend and I mostly just sit in the library reading, when she visits me. Do I need them? No, but I am attached to them and I enjoy sitting in my library (re)reading. They make me happy.

...I thought the same thing! Including, IF it has a separate entrance, you're looking at extra income if they needed it! They could make a studio apartment downstairs...or, run a school. It's big enough to have a Yoga class, maybe, ballet? Even pottery class w/a kiln?!? Art studio - with that window - for sure! Possibly, poetry readings...acting classes?!? Ya never know! That's a lot of space begging to be used! If thought out carefully, it could make them mega bucks and opportunities for others.

@Jeff In Chicago Depends on the plants. A great many prefer indirect light, which there is plenty. Other's only thrive in direct sunlight, yes, but lots of houseplants usually don't. :)
