A subscriber who we've made frequent deals with recently reached out inquiring if we buy collections as they were looking to move out of the Pokemon collecting hobby to transition into Magic the Gathering. After pricing their collection out and negotiating a fair price, we ended up buying their complete collection of in progress master sets and a trade binder.

Ha ha, we wish we had a million dollars 🙏 All the money we make from the business just gets re-invested so we can continue to grow wich allows us to take advantage of buying opportunities when they arise!

keep up the good work!!! you briefly mentioned what you buy for and so on. can you explain how likely it is for you to complete master sets. how often would you have to order singles to finish the sets?i think buying rare bulk and sell for $1 or so to kids is genius and super awesome for the community. i personally try to get rid of my bulk and other stuff cheap. im looking to move things in and out. mainly so im not getting overwhelmed with cards. i don't have space for that. lastly i love how you explain things to people on the number side of your buying and selling and then they realize how it isn't so simple.

I'm sure these aren't all of the cards in the deal but 1200 feels too high from what it shown in the video.

Yes there were definitely other cards in the working master sets, we just showed the higher valued cards to in consideration of time. Most of the value of the deal was encapsulated in the video with both the working master sets and the trade binder. Bulk was not included in the deal, but it's not valued very high.
