In china we call this type of vehicles 老头乐 "grandpa's fun". Basiclly they are the cars driven by retirees picking up groceries and their grandchildren in small towns. They are not street legal and don't require driving lecense or plates.

This thing's called 老头乐 (actually upgraded a lot) means it ‘’makes grandpas happy”. The CAR version used in urban area are used to pick up kids back from school driven by grandpa. The TRUCK version usually used in rural area and it's a cheap replica for the motor-powered tricycle-trucks used by the Légion étrangère in Africa. Everyone knows it's a toy vehicle and hazard to urban traffic, but in rural area is another story. You simply don't need any paperwork to buy or drive one since it's not under any law. lol~

A few years ago while driving Uber in Los Angeles, I got a request to pick up a guy named Dave from McDonald's. Upon arriving, I was greeted by four bearded men. Heavy D, Diesel Dave, Red Beard and The Muscle. As they approached the car, they asked... "Does this thing have a weight limit?". I was driving an 07 Honda Civic at the time. I laughed and shrugged as they piled in and down the street we went. We had some laughs and I dropped them off at their destination. Class act guys. Given the title of the video, I couldn't help but share the memory. 👍

I literally saw these guys driving this down the road a while ago and thought to myself, that's probably going to be a KZfaq video.

Thanks for the tour downtown SL, haven't been since summer 2022 on vacation. It was awesome! Next time in I think I'll stop for tacos😉

I was born in salt lake and lived there or Tooele until I was about 12. My parents would take me and my siblings almost weekly my entire childhood to that exact taco stand, sometimes the one across that parking lot. It is incredibly nostalgic to see that taco stand and it's amazing to see they are still there almost 15 years later. That's incredible, some of the best memories from my childhood!

i just looked up the Changli thing they have basically three different models and the featured version i would not pay more than 2k for, they offer an "SUV" model which allows seating four people, and their "Pickup" model is the SUV model but with a small "truck bed" and they want $9,999.00 for any of them and that's without factoring shipping or tax's.

One of somehow you could take a little teeny alternator and hook to it to keep it charged as it’s driving that’ll be awesome I don’t know why they don’t do it to elect your bikes you know the old school front tire thing for a headlight that little round thing it burns electricity from the wheel as it spends to the headlight on a bicycle on the front handlebars that keeps the batteries charged, so why not anything else? Glenn said so let me know if you try it it would be awesome.

It would be interesting to see if you can add alternator’s to the wheels and see if you can charge it that way while your driving
