NO rust removal， NO pickling， NO heat treatment，Weld pretreatment is not sufficient (or NONE at all?), working environment is full of dust, and they do not even clean the surface of the plate before welding, I don't know what to say. there are at least 20 work safe regulations are violated, MUST be very cheap!
