Ребята в спец одежде. Качество сборки на высоте. Точность на высоте. Итог для каркасника - это лучшее,что я когда-либо видел из каркасных домов.

Точность запредельная. У нас 7 раз отмеришь и 1 раз отрезаешь, и все равно проевываешь милиметры. похоже и проектировщик и станки и карта сборки--это все при помощи одной программы работает. Восхитительно. Спасибо.

У нас в сибири тоже надо так строить. Брусовой дом обходится очень дорого, в том плане, что его еще приходиться утеплить снаружи базалитом плюс сайдинг

This seems much stronger construction than anything I have seen here, using wood, the only thing to improve arguably, is screws over the nails, I'm hoping to build a house, with lumber I harvest, maybe I'll experiment with this, it's Awesome!

Good wood, real plywood in the exterior, not cheap OSB planks and well-qualified workmanship, yes you can build well, long-lasting nice and fast

This is a typical Japanese style house built in Russia. All houses are like that, precision cut in a factory and assembled on site, The frame takes about one day only. Most houses are built by big companies like Sekisui, Lixil, Panasonic and Tama. They are very solid houses, they are build to withstand the strongest earthquakes.

Good project! Add a moisture barrier between the concrete foundation and the wood bottom plate. You will reduce rot, mold and mildew on the wood bottom plate. Rule of thumb for framing: "Never allow contact between concrete and wood." (unless wood is chemically treated or wood is from water born "swamp trees.") Assume concrete is always wet and wood will rot when it gets wet. Almost all building problems are moisture problems. Water damage prevention is a fun thing to study. Thanks for the video. Just a note. In the video when they were laying the bottom plate on stem they showed a moisture barrier being applied before they bolted it down. Really cool build in my opinion, thanks.

Thanks, Mike. I'm building a small house. What else can be used as water bearing. Can fiber glass be used. I am on limit income.

@@mikebegay3824 A cheap option would be a thick sheet of plastic. Maybe a plastic tarp cut into strips or very heavy plastic bag cut into strips. The purpose of the plastic is simply to create a barrier that water cannot penetrate so the wood never absorbs moisture. Assume moisture is always present in the concrete. Another thing: When placing reinforcement steel bars, always keep all of the metal 5cm from the wood forms and 5cm from the earth. This will protect the steel bars from outside moisture. This will protect the steel from rust and protect the concrete from cracking because of the rust. Great video. Fun to watch! :)

@@mikebegay3824 I think the best material would be that black rubber sheeting that you put on the roof. Cut that into strips and place the strips on top of the foundation concrete before hammering down the wood .

Beautiful build. I love this zairai style of construction. But I have to ask... was there any exterior insulation? I can't imagine that what they put into the wall cavities is sufficient for that climate.
