For launchers, you could combine the sensor with a pulse extender for ease of use.

24:49 Maybe try decreasing power on the yeet engines a notch or two? It would make you cover smaller distance, meaning hopefully no bonking on the trees. If you end up falling too short, you can always extend the landing pad.

You should use sensors for the tree yeeters! This way, no button will have to be pressed and not timing needed neither!

Have 3-5 cookbots next to each other so you can activate them sequentially. It’ll save a lot of thumb-twiddling time you have with a single cookbot.

Good little tip for the cook bot and speeding up burger production is having 3 to 5+ cookbots. Then you can alternate crafting and judge the timing. Think both burgers are 12 seconds You can get it to, when one finishes, you start another, then the other finishes, start another, so on and so on. You can then get a system of constantly crafting and collecting. Its surprising how quickly burger production becomes and its less of a chore

I'm kinda surprised they didn't use AFK farms for food. Yeah they only make a small amount, but they do it constantly and you can have as many as you like, as long as they're 256 blocks apart. There's a pretty bloody big space directly in front the base. I feel like there's room for a ton of them out there.

You should recreate your lumber mill and the stone crusher you had in your singleplayer world so you won't waste time hammering trees and loose rocks while getting resources.

Suggestion for preventing bouncing, maybe put a wall on a suspension piece to absorb the impact? may still knock you out but hopefully wont bounce you out

Kan you should put a sensor in front of the launcher that you can stand on top of to charge up the timer, that way you can carry stuff on the lift if you have to, or carry stuff on the welder between the two trees. Otherwise, you can't because you have to drop the object on the lift or welder to hit the button.

How I launch bots into the crushcage: big wheels double bearings fast controllers. How I launched myself out of the skybox to the point I had to reset my character: same setup, but leave 1 set running for quite some time, then connect a new set of wheels. They will start spinning at crazy speeds to 'catch up' with the first set

Bit more resource intensive, but it would be cool to have the engine on a flipflop circuit turned on by a sensor and then off by a 1 second timer. That way you could just sprint into it and not have to press anything. Very fun idea though!

I don't understand why they didn't use sensors but I guess that works. Also, idea to help you guys, build a elevator but that has a few chest on it so you can fill the chest up and then when you get to the top you can just empty them without having to keep going back down with the elevator.

MAKE MORE PLEASE, i love these!!! :) Also i don't mind watching some grinding for recourses or anything here and there because it does split up the videos a bit. I've also noticed just how many resources it takes to make such little things, personally, if it would be fun for you guys, y'all should use some mods for resource collection just so the creative aspect of Scrap Mechanic has a chance to shinea bit more without so much grinding, just wanted to leave a comment. If you shoot the plants in the crops, even it isn't watered yet, it will automaticly make the plant harvestable. I think it's a very funny and intresting bug :) (ONLY WORKS WITH THE SPUGUN! WITH THE SPUD SHOTGUN AND THE SPUDLING GUN IT DO NOT WORKS!)

Best part about the basic crop growing is that you can take the excess seeds and make fertilizer out of it and then, just hear me out on this kAN despite what previous comments have done to you before, you can stick them in a large chest and dispense them via a vacuum pump. So you can, if you automate part of your farm, technically automate fertilization as well. I tested this last Thursday (5/6/21) to verify. It does work and it is amazing, it's just my autofarm is subpar as far as design and efficiency. I need to rebuild it on a "not a slight slope" because it's throwing off the consistency of my pumps and water guns.

You should make a small automatic farm that plants and harvests (the pumps can harvest plants, right?) enough to make a single vegie burger. The number of plants doesn't trigger a unauthorized farming, and you won't have to worry about multiple raids for something as simple as regular food. You can then dedicate your massive field to potatoes and crops for the farm vendor.

Wait, it took Kan a full year since the survival release to figure out that cooked food is a good idea?!

Now all they need is a yet machine to launch them into the lake.

If you want to rag doll less, tweak your platform heights a bi so you hit them instead of the tree.

you need 4 cookbots. you can go from one to the next collect/make, collect/make, collect/make, collect/make. be busy continuously and make sandwich's super fast

What if you had a crane in between the tree where you could grab cars and lift them up onto a platform. You could even do this with something like the seed shack to get the ingredients closer for making things

In the last video that you posted about the warehouse not being able to take blocks etc, you have to go into the coding and change the ware house a little bit. It is a .Lua document and look it up on Lua Script API - Scrap Mechanic documentation# then see you can code it into scrapmechanic!

You guys should make it so that depending on what you do(ie:walking, running, just standing) it launches you onto different platforms

I fee like it would be nice to lower the power of the launchers a bit so that you don't ragdoll. also, you could just put a bed or seat that you launch towards so that you can stop all of your fall damage by landing in it.

Maybe u guys should put sensors on the tree and when u pass the sensor a wall that is pushed by pistons comes up and stops u from falling off.

Suspension does not work for softening but you could make a piston on a not gate and a sensor so the piston retracts as you get close to make the relative velocity slower

KAN!!! You actually can use vacuum pumps to eject chemicals and fertilizer!!! I tested it on the last update and it actually worked, so its a alternative to spudgun turrets, since chemicals have infinite ponds, and you also can auto-fertilize with those!!! Pls people, repost it so he sees it

You should have a cargo elevator with one of your chests on pistons so that you can just drop off the food after one harvest below and it automatically goes up to your storage

You could use a sensor i stead of a button to charge up the wheels, maiby you could make it so you can just walk on the wheel and dont need to wait
