Didn't think of that, I was wondering how it happened since I was pretty sure mobs can't spawn intersecting another entity's hitbox. Normally I'm paranoid with any builds involving villagers and will make sure the block they're standing on is like a Sea Lantern, Glowstone or a Jack o' Lantern with Carpet on top to make sure it's a non-spawnable space, _and_ too well lit up, just in case. In the past where I'd heard rumors of Zombie Sieges allowing Zombies to spawn _inside_ transparent blocks like bottom slabs, on top of the solid block underneath, I even spent a while making sure there was a two block gap underneath that block to stop zombies from getting at them that way, but I haven't thought of that in a few years.

In Bedrock, your best play it to build an iron golem harvesting roof over your villager trading hall. The hall itself is totally worth it (villager trading is way OP) and while you are setting it up and rolling for trades, you will also be harvesting golems (and cats). If you build it around a zombie spawner you will even get massively discounted trades for free - since they get a discount every time the spawner spawns a zombie villager within 16 blocks of their holding cell. It is all works together well, since the zombie flesh, cat string, and iron can all be traded to the villagers as well - meaning you have a self sustaining hall that produces tons of great stuff and XP from trading.

That's not true scicraft has a farm producing 2.7 million iron some people have gold farms producing 6 million items and believe me or not scicraft has an automatic quarry that digs out everything and sends all items to central storages , no hate to shulkercraft tho they also make amazing and entertaining things
