Water is going to run down the walls in to those base channels and rust it all out. That’s why these things should sit on a brick, block or concrete curb with a cill flashing between to shed the water not a channel to collect and keep hold of it.

I noticed that too. The sheathing should overhang the sill edge. The framing is made of powder coated aluminum so it won't rust but still, water has no way out.

For people asking in the comments it’s called an insulated metal panel. Kingspan is one company that makes them and they are not the cheapest thing in the world but extremely efficient to build with

Очень похоже что на снеговую нагрузку не рассчитано. Сендвич панели при пролёте больше 1,5-2 м нужно опирать на промежуточные прогоны. А для этих прогонов в свою очередь требуется опора, т.е. металлокаркас. Для тёплых регионов нормально.

Внизу, где стыковка плит с основанием, они не сделали гидроизоляцию. Туда будет попадать вода, а дальше сами знаете, что выйдет из этого. Имею ввиду те щели, куда они вставляли вертикальные плиты.

По нижнему профилю гидроизоляция есть, а сверху под панелью стены нет! Обычно делают капельник, , чтобы по стене снаружи вода не проникала внутрь профиля в основании.

Профнастил оцинкованный, и пенопласт упаковочный, ну и швеллера разной длины- дешевле, чем выше написали. А вот бетонное основание и стеклопакеты занимают более половины цены сооружения.

С точки зрения наличия в регионе Снега есть вопросы и они решаемы. Но как прекрасна данная технология постройки: чëткость, быстрота постройки , строят всего два человека. Вы посмотрите, в России везде стоят постройки из сендвич-панелей, это быстрый конструктор, как быстро построил, так же быстро и демонтировал при необходимости. Ребята разрабодчики молодцы!!!

The U shaped metal channel on the basewill fill with water and may not drain well. The screws will corrode. Glue is good for a few years outside.

a lot of warehousing facilities are built with this sheeting. they last pretty much until a fire or demolition brings them down.

Here it would not fly since construction like that cannot carry the snow loads required and after seeping in water into foam, it might collapse just from added weight alone. Even if they say its closed cell foam, that really does little difference since all foam will get soaked over time.

Mine didn't go together as easily as that at all, some panels were so tight you needed the Hulk to help fit it ideally. Nice now its done though.
