Perfect is the enemy of good enough. Something our militaries have learned the hard way. And for all that even we like to rag on our own military spending in the States, the equipment isn't designed to be some kind of perfect, it's designed to be good enough to take down what the other side claims to have. It's not our fault that they were lying about their capabilities and we took it at face value. If anything, we took the capabilities of those systems to be slightly better than they were claimed to be, because that's what we would do.

But lets be honest the Vindicator series is unrealistic as clearly evidenced by the small group tactics shown in CoD Galactic Warfare. Ballistic arc weaponry has severe advantages to line of sight only. (as shown by use of the plasma grenades, either thrown, or fired and ricochetted around corners). Vindicators completely loses sight of this elemental fact.

It's AI generation, see the weird mechanical bits on the chestpieces, the loose hair loop on the right girl and the incomprehensible tool the left girl is "holding" with her knuckles. Decent as a thumbnail though, it's something you only notice when you pay attention. Ironic that people would be offended at AI images on a sci-fi channel.
