When you said 'the drone'll be going in' it made me wonder about the legal status of jetpacks... Or if we had like those hoverboards from 'back to the future' where you weren't actually on their land but just floating a few inches above the ground. That would be awesome.

Well I suspect that a jetpack would have its own rules and regs but I would think you would have to be above the highest object on the land and be a long long way away from people and property. The hover board scenario would be you're on private land as they only hover a few inches above the ground.

The interactions with Walker Construction and their subcontractors were Great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Land Registry UK map shows property boundaries and is reflected on the footpathmap uk maps and many County public rights of way maps. Typically the private property will be shaded different colour along with fencing marked. As the gentleman with Walker Construction mentioned, bell ends and gate access drives can vary depending on whether Council has adopted the road section. One issue with Land Registry UK is it shows the plots but not property owner details. DJ pointed out many of the visual indicators. 👍

Just left Nate 5-stars on Walker Construction review page. Everyone should be doing the same (both + & -). + will gain respect. - will perhaps result in training. Both +/- may help more companies become more civil in interactions with the public & promote Kosen-Rufu. (World peace!) Cheers 🍻

I think there needs to be an easily identifiable marker or markers that allow every member of the public to easily see how far public land extends. Making it almost indistinguishable from private property is comparable to entrapment.

An enquiry with land registry should clarify who owns what land

Services is the clue to kmowing if the road is for full unfettered use as per almost all planning applications for warehousing and offices. If the building/process is under the various restricted access uses then all the services must be otside that zone.

'Auditors' have their own specialities; DJ & PJ are observers of industrial Sites. Always with a smile. Despite the abuse they sometimes recieve. Auditing Britain tends to hold the police and the like to account ... with a brilliant humour. They don't like it at times and actually abuser their powers. (AB normally gifts the payouts he receives). There are many others. (Charlie Veitch, while not an Auditor, is also worth a watch).

I don't think companies understand just how much good a competent and pleasant employee can do for a company's image and or reputation 🤔If I were a company owner contemplating doing business with a particular firm seeing a video like this would make me think that they are a good company and if I owned this company I would be PROUD of my firm 😃 When DJ gave the engineering chap a keyring and PJ said mines like his but with a P, I thought he was then going to say "but I can't afford to mass produce keyrings like this flash git 😲😆"

Don’t know about the UK but in the colonies many local jurisdictions (we call them counties I believe they’re the same as UK “council” or perhaps “shire” the next subdivision below our states. Anyway, many have online property owner databases that are public records accessible online. They show maps of property limes

U se to manage a fleet of heavy road sweeping vehicles for the Brisbane City Council in Australia. Just before I left, we were installing GPS vehicle monitoring systems but without cameras or audio. I think our unions would have raised some 'big brother' issues with that.

If it's similar to other countries, it can be hard to find if your on public land or not without checking a map. In the UK I think they usually refer to public areas as common land or village green, correct me if I'm wrong. You can find maps where such areas are indicated, so I think that is your best bet.
