I had never heard of Ozempic before or what it was used for (until maybe a year ago), but my girlfriend started taking the shot a few years ago. I saw she was taking it but didn't know it was for weight loss, weight-loss products or medicine it's just not something I pay attention to. She has definitely loss weight in the last four years I can say that, I don't know how much (she won't tell me her weight ever, then or now). She would always talk about methods of losing weight but she would never consider adding in exercise with it, which I always found insane, so I never took it seriously. But I guess this stuff has helped because she did lose a good amount. She did stop taking the shot maybe 5 months ago though.
