I've heard doozy was originally a nickname for the Duesenberg, which was a very unique car, and the term came to be used as a way to sort of identify very unique or special things. But who knows ...

That hurts for sure! That fishing rod looks like it’s got great action. I think Palomar beats snell for reliability since snells dig into the sharp end but maybe that had nothing to do with this. Enjoy your videos.

I don't know how many times my little 4 ft cast net has saved me when I've run out of bait. Sometimes when I go out at night all of the bait shops are closed and it's too late to be catching bluegill. Just a couple of throws along the bank with the cast net will usually give you 2-3 perfect fish.

That was a neat looking spot,i bet the flatheads get big down there.we have had pretty decent weather and its goona be 60's all week Spencer.(im 35 miles east of st,louis).Maybe you guys will start catching the flatheads soon in your neck of the woods.Have u been trying any walleye fishing in iowa yet?
