It's a custom skin pack that only applies to Shadowborn. It reads, "NOT ADDICTED" when Lilith is 100% addicted and needs to seek help.

Literally everything that blight has that put on another killer people will say "yea thats bugs they need to fix" or "thats not strong and it holds them back" But if blight get those bugs its "omg s tier" or "thats not a bug thats a buff"
