Just a little tip for anyone doing anything like the eggs in avocados recipe, where the thing keeps trying to roll: Stabilise it with some extra alfoil. You're already lining the tray anyway so grab a little extra strip of it and make little snakes or some little balls or whatever will fit best around your item, scootch them in around and/or under the edge of the thing you want to stabilise, and do the rest as usual. Just keep the stabilisers small or they may insulate what you're trying to cook, changing your end results for the worse.

@@monkeybeastsI don’t know. Maybe not quite a hundred. Maybe 75 or so. But in that neighborhood possibly. I’d have to rewatch the video and count and use tally marks for every egg used. And I got better things to do. Maybe if I got some downtime and nothing else to do I may count all the eggs. If I do I will definitely put my findings here. Lol.

Why use Panko breadcrumbs when you can make your own breadcrumbs? That's what I do with any leftover bread I have. I let chunks of bread dry out on a cookie sheet in my cupboard then use my super old Cuisinart food processor to turn them into breadcrumbs.
