Players will experience the Apocalypse simulation in the form of virus pandemic. You will have to deal with it to survive through the difficulties such as finding shelter and food, threats from the environment, climate and not to mention wild animals!

Hey Everyone 👋 This upload was meant to go out the other day but I have been having some problems with my video editing software. The Mist series should be back to a regular schedule twice a week until we are up to the point where we finish out our story. I got a lot of messages wondering what happened so just wanted to keep you all up to date. You can use ammo to start a fire like u were thinking, if u look by ignite it shows a % of chance to light. With the ammo its 60%

I know it's an old video, but Fooster is 100% the kind of shitwit low IQ player that has necessitated everything in games having a million tutorials and popups. Like how do you fucking miss that 60% ignite chance that is RIGHT NEXT TO THE BUTTON? I don't know if he's genuinely dumb or he's just absolutely blindly rushing through content to try to pack videos with something while keeping them a little short, but not just in this game, but most gameplay like this, he doesn't pay even the slightest attention to anything going on around him and in every single game it absolutely results in him complaining later about something that was his own stupid fault. There was one horror game with a 'strobe' effect on a flashlight that warns you it'll drain your battery instantly. He ignored the on-screen text, accidentally put it in strobe mode, and literally thought his flashlight was 'haunted' because it kept blinking and then just bitched that the batteries only lasted 3 seconds. Like it took him how many Mist episodes to realize you can't just leave loot in random places?

Just a helpful tip: Whenever it's raining or if your character is wet in any way, including sweat (indicated by the yellow/red exclamation point on your temperature tracker) certain items will flash red in your inventory and very quickly lose quality and degrade away, matches being one of them, unfortunately lol Makes collecting them difficult, perhaps build a wagon and carry storage boxes on it behind you? Either way, be sure to keep these items out of inventory and in storage unless you need them :) Hope that helps!

This, I've seen so many other youtubers complaing about losing inventory stuff, when it's their own damn fault for running around in the rain. Never leave stuff outside either, already placed, by the game, won't deteriorate, but anything the player drops outside will immediately begin to deteriorate.

Have you ever played a game that's full of super-annoying tutorials and constant message pop-ups? Fooster is the kind of person that is exactly why that hand-holdy shit is needed. Look at how long it took him to figure out that loot despawns and refreshes in this video. I mean, he loses his seeker leg he just left in a random car, largely because he's too obtuse to even store stuff -- he just runs around with his backpack overflowing with garbage, but continues to loot. Then complains he has to decide what to drop. I dunno, maybe build a storage box and leave your shit in it, you shitwit?

Fooster, you should check the glove compartment in every car you find. The houses near the military checkpoint are good for finding matches. And you should equip your fishing gear

good to see a new episode of mist fooster, just a couple of things ;) 1 u could use the water bootle to fill water in from the still once u used a bucket or the watering can to fill it with and actually it did look like the ammo u tried might have worked but it only had a 60 % chance to ignite so maybe it was just bad luck ;) , 2 the rod and the reel u could have equipped to get 2 more slots open for stuff just a friendly reminder for ur next escapade :)

The hwole matches thing has me baffled. I've watched other gamers and while matches are scarce, they can be found in each community at least being searched. Good luck on the search and I wish you gamer luck on finding them!

SO good to see you back in this game! I'm sure someone else may have mentioned this unsolicited advice, but to add my 2 cents ... The filter is for the gas mask, that you already have. T to put on, hold T to swap out the filter when it's on. The filters waste SUPER quick but you can get into the gas filled places where there are usually more filters and other great loot to be found! PS Congrats on almost 700k! You've come along way dude! And while I don't know you from Adam, I'm so freaking proud of you! Here's to another 700K 🥰 Can't wait to see what comes next!

A tip for the fishing equipment, if you open your inventory and select the "gear" (If I remember right) at the bottom it will say "back" and it will show your equipment on your back like fishing gear where you can open a separate inventory space for your fishing equipment. There are slots for your rod, reel, line and lure. you can also see your fishing bucket which you have been collecting slots for :)

I don't know if you are aware of these two things but here they are. First you can slide down the ladder by holding Shift. And second you can wear the gasmask by hitting T, I didn't see it in your inventory and character, so you might have already figured that out or dropped it somewhere.

You can craft matches with the crafting bench with sticks and charcoal. Use gunpowder from bullets to start a fire and add wood to make the charcoal. Loving the series!

It would be so interesting to make a long TV show, with several seasons, bout one guy trying to survive in the apocalypse. There would only be one main actor doing his thing throughout the show, surviving, and there would be the occasional guest star when he runs into other survivors and interacts with them (Could be a different celebrity guest star each time). At that would be the show! Just hanging out with the dude trying to survive in the apocalypse.

Branches + charcoal = matches. Create a campfire, roast meat, get charcoal for matches - > purify water. Save food cans for longer scavenging runs (emergency)

For Seekers in West Town just climb above them on a cargo crate or a/c unit and unload on them from above. Wolves...they tell the Seekers were you are.

Yay, Mist is back! Watched this right away this morning instead of using it as a reward for work done :D I actually went back to check where you got rid of your matches because I remembered you picking some up. You did - you picked up THIRTY-TWO in ep 2 - spoilers ahead: . . . . . . . Before you went to the red barn to take out the two seekers, you looted a small hay bale shelter with a tractor next to it that belongs to the same farm as the red barn. You still had the matches there. Then you took out the first seeker and picked up its claws. When you opened up the inventory a little later on top of the water tower before fighting the second seeker, the matches were gone and a seeker claw was in that slot. So either you dropped the matches off camera to pick up the claws or the game got rid of them for you XD Hope that provides some closure haha

God I love this series… also! Pro tips! 1: You already have a gas mask, check the tutorial for how to use it. 2: You can shift click items in and out of inventory, good for stressful situations. That’s kinda all I learned, but this is a great series so far!

Been a fan of your Mist and SCUM series. Some Info- There's a engine in the gassed up garage. climb the edge of fence of the right side and you can pick it up easily without getting exposed to the gas. you can wear mask for gas by pressing T although it goes down pretty quickly but you can find filter for it in community. hope this helps and waiting for your next video. Love seeing a new episode! Saw something that will be helpful if you plan to fish and build a holding "tank" for them...fill it with water from the watering can seems to be the way to do it..keeps the fish alive inside of it I guess til you decide to eat them. Happy to see Mist today!

Good episode Fooster. Small suggestion that would improve immersion. When you make long trips, like when you went to the Sniper tower for example, you could have a map transition with some little dots so we know exactly where you've gone - if you get what I mean!

Do not forget, you have a limited crafting inventory in your inventory. I don't remember if it's in your inventory or in the workbench, but matches can be made with sticks and charcoal

I had my base set up in the barn too and was cool to see you put the workbench in the same spot I did! lol I've seen other videos that have it upstairs but there's not enough room for it up there. I also went ahead and made a bunch of lockers for downstairs because I was desperate for more storage. Really liking this location, it's pretty central on the map.

A good trick for rough C to F temperature conversion is take the C, multiply by 2, plus 30. (do the inverse for F to C)

19:22 Zero Celsius = just one degree to colder and water freezes. Just one degree to warmer and water melts. In other words, you better have a winter coat, winter cap, thick shoes, gloves, all your clothes (including, if possible, underpants) long sleeved if you wanna go outside. At least that is what I think about such a temperature as a person living in Finland....

I think the reason items sometimes disappear is because in this kind of games usually containers in houses and outdoors behave diferent. Usually in houses stuff doesn't respawn so they are safe places to store things. Outdoors containers tend to respawn more frequently making items disappear if something is stored in them.
