Which ties back to the party scene when she’s drinking white wine. - the birthday cake scene, where the birthday cake is the same from lover. In the short film Taylor has an open space to her right, symbolizing him not being there. Whereas in lover with the birthday cake scene is the actor playing her current boyfriend, Joe. Showing that he’s there for her when Jake wasn’t. - Also there’s a lot of hints to Jakes fashion sense with Dylan’s clothes like the beanie, Sherpa jacket and flannels. One of the flannels, which Sadie is shown to be wearing in bed crying!!! - Also the car in the video was made in 1989 so people think it’s gonna be the next album!! (Hope that makes sense!)

The last scene of her turning All Too Well into a book and talking on stage in front of the audience, is actually showing that she's telling her personal story between her and Jake to her fans because she knows she has a personal connection between her fans and her. In 2012 when she released this song, she never expect her fans to love this song as the lyrics are so personal to her. She said in an interview before that she actually wrote a 10-minute version of All Too Well but was cut off to 5 minutes. Her fans then asked for the original version for 9 years until today, hence there it is... with a short film. She's doing everything her fans want her to do. She never wanted fame anymore after she found Joe. Queen stuff.

But when I saw this pop in my feed and realized she's a Swiftie (not just using Taylor for clout) I automatically loved her. I need more personal videos like these from her because she's amazing!

The candles that Sadie has up for her 21st birthday have a hidden meaning I think. Like in the video of Lover, she had up three candles because she loved Joe Alwyn for three summers and it's in the lyrics too, and now in this short film there were five candles. Because they've been together for five summers now. That's either a hidden Easter egg or just a weird coincidence.
