Im so sure this is stressful and frustrating for you. Honestly, I can totally understand how that stand could get hooked on something. It’s kinda positioned in a tricky spot, right? I’m so sorry you had to deal with it, but you learned a ton and thank goodness you have family members/friends who were available to help. I’m so glad you got it fixed.

You guys are so fortunate that Cody's dad and friend Dean are so talented with repairs! RV body shops get a lot of $$ to do those types of repairs. Keep an eye out for leaks around and behind the shower. A tiny drop of water can find its way where it shouldn't and cause a lot of damage. Stay safe out there.

Everyone has one of those days who are Full time RVing , mine was scraping all the bay door one passenger side had to replace 4 door and have the painted to match the rig design. I’m glad you are being joyful heart. Things always happen.

Big time bummer... OMG... cant imagine how that felt. Great job making it serviceable and back in business, but I hope you two really like that camper because that damage killed your resale/trade in value, unfortunately. Now, shake it off, get back on the road, and forget it... it is what it is and you still have each other and your health. It is going to be O.K. and we look forward to seeing you in your next video! Good job Kelly and Cody. We have a HS 2910, Florida last week the truck shifted. When we took the camper off, the tailgate latch caught the molding and ripped it. Not as extensive as yours but damaging. It is stressful. Nice work. I also love watching your videos and learn from you.

I got hit by a drunk driver a couple yrs ago. It did about this much damage to the driver side rear corner of my camper. I was quoted 17000.00 to fix to original specs.😮 You made it look so doable. Thanks for the lesson.

It must seem devastating now. However, I think it can be repaired like your Dad says. It's just getting to your destination without causing anymore damage, and getting into a better mindset. Accidents happen, don't beat yourself up about it. Thank goodness for family!

I've done this too! Wheel dropped into a ditch at an intersection, tore the jack loose. It's gonna be ok friends! Life is what happens while you're making plans. It's ok, it's ok, it's ok. How you handled it has made you stronger. Its just stuff, but great job! Hugs & smiles!
