Yeah they do think about it. What some people do is design for the master bedroom to be on the ground floor.

Nice and clean build man. Not the typical house that I usually see in Jamaica. Nice choice of colors , as someone stated nice and contemporary property! The out door tiles color was a nice touch. Keep up the good work !

I don't like grill but yours have a modern look that makes it look like art. Are you leaving the wood around the roof line exposed, or will it be covered with metal? The tile work looks well done. Beautiful home.
