Raw Meatballs Recipe;
MATERIALS
450 GR MEATBALL BULGUR
380 GR WATER
4 Tbsp. COLD PRESSED OLIVE OIL
2 Tbsp. PEPPER PASTE (HEALED)
4 Tbsp. TOMATO PASTE
2 ONIONS
3 TSWEST SPOONS ROCK SALT
4 Tbsp. ISOT
1 TSPON BLACK PEPPER
2 TSPONKS SWEET RED PEPPER CHILDREN
1 TSPON CUMIN
1 LEMON
PREPARATION OF
1) Let's add 380 grams of boiling water to our 450 grams of bulgur for meatballs and cover the mouth of the container with stretch wrap. Let's wait for the bulgur to soften for 15 minutes.
2) Let's put our ready bulgur on our raw meatball tray. Add 2 very finely chopped onions, 4 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of pepper paste, 4 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil, 4 tablespoons of isot, 2 teaspoons of sweet red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cumin, Let's squeeze 3 teaspoons of rock salt and 1 lemon and knead well until it reaches the consistency.
3) Let's shape our raw meatballs. When we take a piece in our hands and squeeze it, if it does not fall apart immediately and holds together, it means our raw meatballs have reached the consistency.
4) Our raw meatballs, which whet the appetite with both their appearance and taste, are ready. You can serve it with lettuce and lemon. You can also use pomegranate syrup according to your preference. Enjoy your meal :)
